HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

We handle all orders with the utmost care. Orders will be shipped through our CommoditAg.com transportation network or a common carrier determined by the timing of orders and the location of the shipping destination. Please note that CommoditAg reserves the right to use third-party services pursuant to any aspect of fulfilling an order. CommoditAg ships its products in accordance with this Shipping Policy and its Terms of Use, available at https://commoditag.com/terms-and-conditions/ and hereby incorporated by reference.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER OR HAVE IT DELIVERED DIRECT TO MY DOOR?

When checking out you will be asked to select best shipping and delivering option for you. Options are:

  • To pick up your order at a local CommoditAg Fulfillment Center

  • Have it delivered direct to your door

IS THERE A SHIPPING CHARGE?

Yes, shipping charges may apply. When placing your order you will be asked to select pick up or delivery. At this time any shipping charges that may apply will be confirmed.

WITH WHICH CARRIER WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Most CommoditAg.com orders are shipped through recognized national LTL and parcel carriers XPO, FedEX and UPS. Final selection of the carrier is made at the time of the order depending on products, order size and packaging to transported.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP OR DELIVERY?

We understand the importance of timely access to critical farm supplies. From the moment you place your order, we work closely with you and our network of trusted retailers and suppliers to meet the following timelines, based on product availability:

  • Orders placed November through February – available starting March 1st

  • Orders placed after March 1st – contact for quote

Although we work diligently to ensure that you receive your order on time, any schedule delivery or availability dates are merely estimates, and not guarantees.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

All CommoditAg.com sales are final. Refunds and exchanges will only be processed on damaged items in transit or incorrect product delivery. In order to be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must contact CommoditAg Customer Service within three days of receiving your order.

WILL I NEED TO PROVIDE VERIFICATION OF MY ABILITY TO PURCHASE RESTRICTED-USE PRODUCTS IN MY STATE?

Yes, CommoditAg.com will check restricted use licensing at the time of purchase and ask for your license information upon creating your account.
