Do I have to create an account to shop on CommoditAg?

No, you may check out as a guest. You will not be able to see your order history and you will be required to re-enter payment, contact, and tax exemption information for every order.

How do I apply a promotions or coupon code?

Applying a promotion code is simple. On the cart page, enter the coupon / promotions code below the orange check out button. Check promotion terms and conditions found on the email or mailer you received.

Do you ship the same product that was listed on CommoditAg?

Yes. CommoditAg intends to deliver exactly what you ordered. If a brand becomes unavailable, we will always call to ask if you will accept an alternative. If you receive a different product than what you ordered, please let us know right away by contacting Customer Service:

Why am I receiving this error - “One or more of the products in your cart is not available for sale in your state”?

For EPA regulated products, a product must be approved by each state. You will receive this message if you attempt to pickup in or ship to a state where a product is not registered. Also, sometime due to supply chain constraints, suppliers choose to limit the states in which they sell their products.

Will I need to provide verification of my ability to purchase restricted use products in my state?

Yes, CommoditAg will check restricted use licensing at the time of purchase and will ask for your license information upon the creation of your account.

How do I setup an account?

  1. Log into your account
  2. Click “My Account” at the top of the homepage
  3. Here you can see order history and update your contact information, pesticide applicator license, billing information, payment information, and tax exemption.

How do I update my account information?

  1. Click “Create Account” from the top of the homepage
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Record your information and billing details
  4. Click the box to agree to the privacy policy
  5. Check your inbox for account confirmation email (sometimes this email ends up in Spam folders)
  6. Follow the link in the email to finish setting up your account including Tax ID and RUP information

Why setup a CommoditAg account?

Once you create an account and purchase while logged into your account you can:

  1. See your order history
  2. Save payment information
  3. Check-out tax free on products purchased for agricultural use (if you recorded your tax information during account setup or during checkout)
  4. Purchase RUP products (if you provided your pesticide applicators license during account setup)

What payment options does CommoditAg offer?

CommoditAg offers three forms of payment including electronic ACH transfer, debit card and credit card.

Can I pay cash when I pick up my product(s)?

No, all products must be paid for online at the time of purchase. CommoditAg does not accept cash or check.

Is there a fee to pay with credit card?

Yes, CommoditAg charges a fee to cover the cost of credit card processing; there is no fee to pay with debit card or ACH.

Why was I charged taxes?

If you should not have been charged taxes, please contact Customer Service immediately:

Where does CommoditAg ship products?

Shipping geography varies by product based on the regulatory and supply chain situation. Many products can ship throughout the Continental United States, excluding California at this time.

How will my products be shipped?

Products will be shipped via common carrier such as XPO, FedEX and UPS. Delivery drivers are not able to assist with unloading. Customers are responsible for unloading items from the trailer.

How can I track my order that was shipped?

Once your product is on its way, you will receive an email from CommoditAg with freight tracking information. Shipping times, delivery times, and availability times are merely estimates and not guarantees.

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping costs are based on the actual weight, packaging and delivery location of the order. We receive automated shipping quotes from our partner parcel and freight carriers. The shipping cost is provided during the checkout process, once the shipping destination is entered.

How does product pick up work?

Orders placed December through February will be available for pick up starting March 1st at a fulfillment center location of your choosing.
Orders placed after March 1st will be ready for pick up at a fulfillment center location of your choosing based on product availability.

Are all products available for pickup?

Most of the products for sale on are available for pickup at your local Fulfillment Center. Some suppliers prefer to ship directly to your farm. You will see the option to either pickup or direct ship products in the shopping cart.


What is CommoditAg return policy?

All CommoditAg sales are final. Refunds and exchanges will be processed for items that are damaged in transit or for incorrect product delivery only. In order to be eligible for refund or replacement for receiving the wrong product or a damaged product, you must contact Customer Service within three (3) days following receipt of your order.

Does CommoditAg offer a product guarantee?

CommoditAg does not provide a guarantee on product performance. We do not offer resprays or pumps and meters. If the product is found to be of poor quality upon receipt, CommoditAg will evaluate the situation and potentially send replacement product.

Which Internet browser is best for viewing the CommoditAg site?

CommoditAg is best viewed by using the most up to date versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari. Please visit the information section of your browser to update to the most recent versions.

How can I make the website appear larger or smaller?

In most browsers you can press Ctrl + to zoom in, Ctrl – to zoom out, or Ctrl 0 (that is a zero) to return to normal size. Changes to zoom level only affect the current tab and are temporary.

How can I increase the font size of the website?

Try the zoom feature above first. If that does not help you can try this. Changing font size affects all windows and tabs and remains in effect until changed again.

Do you recommend disabling pop-up blockers to view your website?
