FungOUT is a biopesticide used as a fungicide and bactericide for use on outdoor food, nonfood and greenhouse applications. FungOUT has a PHI of 0 days and a REI of 4 hours. FungOUT forms a protective barrier on the surface of the leaves that inhibit pathogen development. It also has antifungal effects on conidia and ascospores germination, germ tube formation and elongation, appressorium formation, hyphae branching and haustorium formation. In addition, it has a direct bactericide activity and also reduces bacterial growth and the appearance of various disease symptoms.
FungOUT is OMRI listed. It may be used in certified organic production or food processing and handling according to the USDA National Organic Program regulations.
